e62 Themes Help. e61 or E62 users please respond.

I can NOT find good e62 themes on here at all. Everything is made for n80/n90 type screen sizes. The only site I found e61/2 themes was on http://www.e-series.org and they only have like 2 or 3 good ones. Can I use Series 60 ver. 9 regular themes on my e62 or I'm just stuck with the limited theme selection. I know there has to be a decent number of e61/2 users.
 
I've had the most luck finding themes on blogs. I'm pretty sure E-Series has links to other e61/62 related blogs. Just go searching through those. Though, there's still not a whole lot out there IMO. I've found enough for me, so it doesn't bug me.

what do you expect? It's not the most popular S60 out there and most owners dont care about theme shennanigans.

I used it to make a ton of themes for my N73 and it's useful for the E61/62 as well. You can create it for the n93 or n73 and use themes with only colors and no photos. it stretches them but still looks good. I'll post an example of themes I made for the E61 using the site.
 
.......and dont be disturbed when you see the preview as it's designed for the N93 but it fits perfectly on the E61 as pictured. It will give you a warning that it isnt compatible but obviously it is and works fine!

select N73 or N93 when you download and it will work fine
 
I've made a few more but since deleted them off of that site. I was making themes for my N73 mainly. I personally like the ones off of E-series but actually like the one I just made.
 
Louisville, KY huh? I was born in Louisville but only lived there for the first 6 months of my life. My moms side of the family is from there so I end up going there every so often. Very nice town...tough luck during the Rutgers game!!
 
Thanks, but I'm much more of a baseball fan (Reds). That game brought the whole town to a halt. I'm surprised there wasn't 2 minutes of silence the day after....

Back OT - If you decide to make anymore e61 themes, let us know.
 
Thanks for the mini auto bio But I went to the sites that were refered (OwnSkin).... theyDONT even have a search option for e61/2! Please OWNERS OF NOKIA E61/62 OR ANYONE WITH PROPER INFORMATION PLEASE HELP!!! THIS THREAD WILL NOT ONLY HELP ME BUT OTHERS IN THE FUTURE!!!!!
 
thats about as obnoxious as it comes! Anyway, If you've searched google and put in "E61 Themes" and have come up empty then the rest of us E61/62 owners have as well! If you want to stay on topic in your thread then read it more clearly. As previously stated the N73/N93 themes can be used if you create your own. Use something simple, without photos like the one I posted. Whether you like that or not, I made it in 2 seconds so if your not dim witted then you should be able to figure it out. GOOD LUCK FINDING YOUR PROPER INFORMATION AND I WILL KEEP ON MAKING MY OWN THEMES!.....also, post this in the themes and wallpapers section next time!
 
You might want to check here too for E61/2 themes. That forum has a lot of content submitted by members using the better programs than the ownskin system. There should be threads specific to the E61 and E62.
