e62 sound but no video

I've gotten nokia multimedia player to formatt a specific video. I can now access it through real player. I get audio but no video. Any ideas?

there is a free program out there called super that will convert just about anything to anything else. there is also a divx player out there somewhere too. I have used super and haven't had any problems playing video on the e62. you might be using the wrong video codec or something unsupported on the phone.

I've just attempted super video encoder. Software semeed corrupt, kept getting errors throughout conversion.

that is weird, i use it all the time it works great. maybe there is something goofy with your source file?

Are you converting the converted file? Convert from the original file. Don't use the nokia converted file to have super convert it, convert the original file with super.

I've used the original file. so far nokia software has worked the best even if it has only given me audio. Any other programs you can recommend?
