e62 and Moto HS820?

I just got an e62, and it won't see my moto hs820 bluetooth headset when I try to pair them. The headset works fine with both my 6620 and my notebook - and the e62 will connect to both the 6620 and the notebook.

Does anyone have an idea as to why the headset won't talk to the e62, and what I can do about it?

(The e62 is on Rogers)
