E61i SMS Error on T-Mobile: "Cannot Send SMS: General: In Use Already"?

Anyone get this strange error when trying to send a text message sometimes? "Cannot Send Message - Details: General - In Use Already". I think it usually happens if someone is trying to send you a text message at the same time Or call you...But seems it could have something to do with the sms settings..as I have thrown my sim card in without changing the default settings. Never had to mess with sms settings on a phone before but since this is a foreign phone is there something I should know?
 
I'm trying to re-create the error. I've changed the sms settings to "reply via same center" don't know how well that would work ..I'll post my results/edit throughout the day
