E61 WIFI Problem.

I dont get it. My e61 has always been able to connect to my home wifi access point. Even after I updated the firewall it works. Now all of a sudden it does not work at all. I wonder if it is the phone going. I am reflashing the os as we speak. Any other ideas?
 
Btw all my other devices work with it. My xv6700 and my labtop work perfectly on it for the wifi. My e61 can connect to it but it says no gateway response every time. it is really wierd. I tried hard resetting using the software way but it asks for a lock code which i never created and never had. Yea so fun times.
 
Not filtering mac addresses at all. I have the same wep code for all. It is correct on the e61 because i rechecked all the settings multiple times. 128 hexidecimal
 
I get that no web gateway reply when i try to log on my friend's network even though i had the wep code. Turned out the problem was i didn't capitalize the first letter...case sensitive passcode possibly?
 
Just Checked. No it automatically capitalizes everything so it is fine. It still says no gateway reply. It can connect to the access point but....well it cant do anything with it. It is wierd.
 
Since it connects to the access point, it looks like the problem might be a setting rather a hardware issue. At my sister's house, my N80 didn't work with the passcode, so I had to put in the hexidecimal key rather than the ASCII generated passcode and it was fine after that.
 
that is the kicker though. I enter the hexidecimal. the ultra long one that I entered into all other devices. the e61 shows it connected yes but it shows a speed of 0 up and down for connection speed. When it says connected I login to my firewall and see it isn't there or connected. this is even after I add in the mac address as a safe address and reserve it an ip address. The distressing thing is that it worked before.
