e61 stuck on autolock!??! wtf

After installing the latest mail for exchange, my phone has been stuck on autolock for 20 minutes and when i try to disable it, it gives me a "cannot disable autolock." I heard similar bugs arise with the blackberry connect. Anyone else experienced this or know a fix? I would greatly appreciate it.

edit: it's apparently a "server side issue"

This happened to me running Good. My only recourse was to upgrade to a newer firmware.
