E61 Settings App Unexpectedly Quitting

Hello. My Nokia E61 Settings>Call cannot be opened - it unexpectedly quits. The other Settings (Phone, Connection, etc.) open fine.

I've tried restarting, applying the default theme, etc. My firmware is 2.06.18.06.05; 14-07-06).
Help ...

btw this started happening around the time I setup Truphone. Could this be related? Also, I'd like to change my phone always prompting to choose between between cellular call and internet call which is likely in the Settings > Call area.
