e61-iSync annoyance

I just got my e61 and I love it. It's a great phone. One pet peeve I have though is the formatting of telephone numbers in the Contacts section. I don't know if it can't handle what iSync is throwing at it or if it's like this normally, but I can't stand seeing phone number that look like this:

4135556060



Is there some way I can change this? Is this an iSync/Mac problem or does everyone's phone numbers appear this way? This wasn't as much of an issue on my 6682.

Im getting the same thing on my N73 w/ iSync. I don't think this was a problem on the 6600 and 6630 I had before. I think it's the 9.1 OS, or maybe it's my phone since it came from HK.
 
Someone called me looking for someone else's number today. It looked like a bunch of jibberish, without any separation between the numbers.
