Hi all,
There are several different ways to view, for example, pictures on my E61. One way is to go to MENU\MEDIA\GALLERY\IMAGES and view the images. Another way is to open a non-Nokia file manager, for example, Xplore, and view pictures under E:\IMAGES. Still ANOTHER way is to go to MENU\OFFICE\FILE MANAGER and use the default Nokia File Manager to open images from there.
The issue I'm experiencing is: If I create a subfolder under images in either XPlore or using Nokia's File Manager, that subfolder won't show up when viewing images from MENU\MEDIA\GALLERY\IMAGES. Conversely, if I create a subfolder under IMAGES in MENU\MEDIA\GALLERY\IMAGES, that subfolder will NOT show up in XPlore or Nokia File Manager.
HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS? Its crazy... there is no logic in this filing method!! Its driving me nuts. Whats the point of being able to manage files over a BT or USB connection via the PC (Mass Storage Mode) if the file folders you create DONT SHOW UP in the UI?
