E61 How to turn off Call Announcement

I turned on the call announcement function of my E61. You know where it says the name of the person calling.

WILL I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW I DID IT. So, I can't turn the thing off. Please help.

Correct me if I am wrong but this will only work if you've recored voice tag to each name, right?

No. It attempts to say the name typed into your contact list. It can be amusing at times.

in fact s60v3 doesnt let you record your own voice tags - you HAVE to use the ones that it reads itself with its text to speech synthesizer - leading me to type some of my friends' names in my phone really weirdly haha
i.e. i have a friend who we all call 'biggie' and it read that spelling as 'bijjee' so i had to change the spelling so its 'biggey' for it to read it properly

try typing that in all caps, and it will be called out- B-I-G-G-I-E...
