e61: how do i dial a number with text?

how would i dial a number like 1-800-NOKIA-61 without actually knowing the numbers?

is there a way to get the e61 to allow me to input letters in a phone number?

You don't, unless new firmware versions have the functionality that the e62 has. Try pressing 'chr' and the letter. It will probably just try to dial a SIP address, though.

I never had the problem as I've memorized the corresponding letters...sign of way too much cell use I guess.
