E61 Firmware

I have an E61 from 3 and using a Rogers SIM card. I currently have firmware version 2 but want to upgrade to version 3. I am using the Nokia Software updater but it keeps telling me that I have the latest firmware and I know 3 is out. Has anyone experienced this problem?
