E61 & different keypads confusion...Layout #1 appears to be "worldwide English" since there are ?$? on the keys. #3 has no $ and has extra letters so is probably "Euro English".This one I saw on eBay is probably "US English" since it has $ but no ??. The seller also described it as having Polish manual and white box.
