E50 Auto Speakerphone/Crash Bug?

Yesterday I picked up a call and found the exact same problem as this guy had:

Happened the first time yesterday. Latest firmware V 06.27.1.0 E50-1..

Anyone had that problem before?

Yes, happens at least a couple times a week for me. Hasn't happened in a couple of days, but you probably just Jinxed me

yup .. same issues on mine ... in fact there is another problem .. sometimes when i call people they just cant hear me .. until i reboot and call up again .. jinxed e-50

Happened again today. Phone rang in my pocket (ring + vibrate), pressed "talk" and the phone went to loudspeaker and was frozen. Even when the other party ended the call, the phone still acted like it was in a call and would not move. Battery had to be removed and reinserted.

Not to worry, it hasn't happened to me again, since the first time!!

Then again I only have 1 hour 13 mins of life timer on it so far

i am going to baby my new nokia, but i would not go as far to say it is "alive" or "dies" when the battery is drained

Same problem here. Usually happens with a certain caller, but since it has happened only a couple of times, cannot say for sure yet.

I have found that if I don't answer on the first ring I haven't had the problem

i had it today. i was in a class. i had a call. phone was on meeting and it switched it to speakerphone. needless to say i had my buddy saying stuff that was inappropriate for class. i stumbled to rip out the battery.

there are more phones worse off then the E50 when it comes to bugginess.
plus this only happens to some people.
i may be the only one here with the perfect E50.....muhahaha.
