I understand that energy and mass are the same, but what I wanna know is how this is. Let me see if I got this straight:
So, Energy is Mass that is moving fast, and Mass is Energy that is not moving, or is moving very slow? Is that correct? What does the speed of light got to do with anything? No matter how many times I read about this, I cannot comprehend it. Specially the speed of light part of the equation. I appreciate any help regarding this.
