E-mailing from Docs to Go

This was a final query on my DTG thread below, but wasn't related, and has got lost in the ether. I'd appreciate any comments tho'

"If i try to e-mail a DTG format file, and choose to convert it into a .doc or .xls file, the palm hangs. Any thoughts as to what might be wrong?"

Out of curiosity, what version of Documents To Go are you using? I currently use version 7.003 Premium and have not had any of those problems. You might consider upgrading to the latest version or install the patches from Dataviz's web site.
 
i'm on 7.003 - it seems that it's an intermittant problem.

Are there any know problems with particular file types being converted? eg: .pdf transferred into DTG (which is then locked)?

What patches are you referring to?
