Okay, so... I've had a Urinary Tract Infection for about 1.5-2 weeks. I went to the doctors a few days ago. They took a sample of my urine and gave me antibiotics to take for ten days, twice a day.
I've always been prone to UTIs, so I'm used to them. However this one was almost unbearable, to the point where I was crying and didn't want to move. Anyways, the doctors' office called my mom and told her that there was a high concentration of E. Coli in my urinary tract...
I am VERY hygienic (you could almost say I'm a germaphobe), and I know girls are supposed to wipe front-to-back, which I always do. So when my mom told me, I was like O_O. Are there any other causes to this?.. Serious answers please. Thank you!
