Typically stock heads run aprox 200 CFM of max airflow and my heads are flowing 275 CFM all the way up to and including .600 lift. While stock heads will only flow 200 CFM up to and including .400 lift at which point they will stop flowing anymore air.

If one puts a cam that has a higher lift than .400 to perform with a stock head it's not technically ported adequately enough to provide the correct amount of air flow needed to properly do the work the cam's intended lift was meant to provide. Which would equate reasoning as to why one person's build might produce differing results from another person's build.

Exhaust flow was measured through 13" of 1999 FLH (Electra Glide) front head pipe:

FRONT CYLINDER HEAD EXHAUST

Stock exhaust is typically around 140.81 CFM @ 28"

Basically these heads are flowing enough air for a 117" motor.

HD# 17396-08 Screamin Eagle Pro Rocker Arms 1.725:1 Ratio
stock rocker arms are @ 1.625
effectively raising the lift of the Andrews 21N from .498" to aprx .528"

My Heads had .020" removed for clean up and chamber reduction and becaue I went from a 0.054" or 0.052" OEM Stock HG to a Cometic 0.030" HG I had another reduction of 0.024" to 0.022" in stack height. Going to the 1.725" rocker arms reduced my stack height another 0.001" for the pushrods so I have a total of 0.043" to 0.045" of reduced stack height.

HD# 18402-03 Screamin Eagle Pro Perfect Fit Pushrods -0.030"
Because of the reduced stack height as mentioned above I simply put in the -0.030" length pushrods which since typically HD's stock pushrods are set to preload at .100" I estimate mine to be at .115" of Preload. One thing for certain they fit nicer than adjustables and no tweeking necessary. Just requires that I remove the tank and spend aprox $30.00 in gaskets to reach them from the top.
Measurements were: E 10.494" 10.496"
I 10.378" 10.380"

Cam:
Andrews 21"N" which has the following characteristics:
30 degree intake close angle
.498" / .498" lift
Duration I = 220 E= 228
Lobe Seperation Angle = 103
Because of the high lift rocker arms installed as mentioned above the cam lift is @ aprox .528"

SuperTrapp SuperMeg 2-1
The dyno above was done at 20 discs and a open end cap.
There were runs done with the closed end cap with 15 discs and it simply was not doing as well. I also did runs with the pipe simply open to the back and it didn't run as well as with the open end cap. Sounded better as well.

Power Commander III USB
On the day of the run, communicated directly with Power Commander who linked to my PC via a shop's desk top computer and they updated my "firmware" and also extended my rev limiter from OEM stock 5600 to 6200 RPMS.
I have NO HD Stage I or Stage II flashes placed on my ECM.
