DYNO Numbers for Baggers???

I just got my ride dynoed for the first time and I really don't know if the tune lines are what is expected for what I have,any insight would be great . haven't got to ride it yet but soon I hope

Torque comes in pretty nice for your true duals, looks like they calibrated the A/F to 13 :1 so thats good, nice straight airfuel line. I can't quite make out the corrections at the bottom, looks like it might be 1.14? So that tells me that the conditions weren't the best for the run, so you can add a few to your numbers. All in all looks good. Hang on and enjoy, the thing ought to pull pretty good. congrats.
 
You can have big numbers on stock stuff,the problem is the bigger the numbers the less streetable they become,normally aspirated.Huffing them gets you big numbers and still stays streetable,just have to be concerned about bottom end.
 
You definately have to beef up the bottom end when making big power. I had my crank plugged and welded. We have plenty of 130 HP bikes in my area with 15 to 20 thousand miles on them with no problems.
 
Dyno chart from my 07 CVO Ultra in July 07 @ 1K Miles, before and after the previous ownner had installed: Ness Big Sucker AC, Rhinehart True Duals, & PCIII USB. Before HP & Torque; 72.9 @ 4500 RPM & 96.1 @ 3700 RPM. After HP & Torque; 89.4 @ 5500 RPM & 110.5 @ 3500 RPM.

I've installed a Lehman trike kit making the GVW of the trike is around 1200 lbs, so the present torque curve is a nice fit for increased weight especially when climbing 6 - 7% grades that we have here in AZ. I have installed the quiet baffles in the true duals to increase the backpressure and hopefully improve the low end torque.

I would like to increase the torque in the same RPM range that I now have, and was wondering if switching the exhaust from the dual pipes to a 2 into 1 system would give me an improvement in low & mid-range torque?

AFR isn't perfect. Prob could squeeze more out of it with a better tune and a 2-1. It's the only tuner close to town though
 
A/F is way to lean. I hope it's not calibrated that lean in the cruising range or you're running pretty hot. I'd definately look into a 2-into 1 but more importantanty another tune. At the very least see if you can have it put on a dyno for a couple bucks and have them read the A/F at cruising speeds 55, 65, 75 MPH with a load on it.
 
Thanks. I'm definitely going to find another tuner. There is only one here locally and it seems like I just spent $250 for nothing. I'll probably have to drive out of state, but at this point it is worth it!
