I live in Denver so numbers are not great but the ride is, I have a 2008 SG, 103" S&S 570G Cam, SE Heads, Roller Rockers, stock header with SE slipons, Denver and other areas geting picky on the noise. First tune on a Dyno-Jet left me with pinging and they could not get it out. Second tune (different dealer) on a SuperFlow WinDyn netted 86HP and 101 Tq at 13.9 Air Fuel ratio.

what kinda fue lmanagement you runnin... a 2/1 pipe will help on those numbers too...a good indy shop probably get you better numbers if they tune um and not just download a canned map

here is mine
106 S&S kit cylinder and piston
andrews 37g
ported head and polish
TTS
suppertrap 2-1
90 hp 110 tq
big sucker a/c
my hp is low and i think the 37 are not appropriate for this set up,,,any idea?

Here's a question:
I have a SE Air cleaner with the stock 96" air cleaner (just the chrome piece) covering the SE air cleaner......

If I changed the air cleaner cover to one of those "no cover types".....would it make any kind of air flow differance, change the AFR enough to have it retuned again?

My road king classic is doing 90HP\100TRQ and she pulls her ass off with my 203 cam set with 95ci kit.i have a great mechanic who is awsome on the dyno jet. i just recently put on some new rinehart slip-on and she pulls even better but i have not taken her for a new dyno run yet. I have been thinking lately to go 2-1 rineharts and i was wondering what numbers i could get from that set up because right now riding hard on the highway i'm getting around 185 miles on a full tank of gas before my gas light comes on.

Likely will not see a jump in peak #'s, but will see the tq line come back to the left some. Which I would rather see in heavy bike.
Also, if your cruising on the hwy with a 6spd and only getting 37miles to the gallon I would be wondering about that tune....

Also post that sheet up if you can, #'s are great but I would like to see the graph on those 203's.

I very seldom use my 6th gear when i ride. The guys i ride with we ride pretty hard most of the time so riden 80 mph in 4th gear is common for me and 5th gear usually over 85 mph so doing 180 miles on a full tank riding that way is not so bad compared to the other guys who had bigger builds then me who were refueling after 100 miles. my dyno guy is great and i love my bikes set up the way it is right now but i have al;way been curious about that 2-1 and what else i can get out of my 203 cam build.
