I currently have dark/black hair and I wanna dye my hair to this color!

I love her hair here! What color dye and highlights are these? What do you think of it?
 
Looks like medium ash brown with light brown (very very thin highlights).
You will need to pre-lighten your dark hair before putting on a medium to light brown.
I have just did it yesterday and now black hair is gone and my hair is a medium chestnut brown
