Hello all. Nice forum you've got here. Not my first post, but i'm still relatively new. As the owner of a Cricket v3c, I think I'll be sticking around for a while
My issue is that I'm really really wanting to use dial up networking on my Cricket Razr v3c. The firmware that comes loaded on my phone disconnects any data call after just a few seconRAB. I'm aware that the only way to possibly regain this feature is likely through flashing the phone.
This is where I need some input and information from you guys, if you would be so kind. A few questions and thoughts:
- What firmware packages exist right now for the Razr v3c?
- Do any of these lack the total lockdown on DUN?
- I don't care if i loose MMS (i never use it), but I of course need the phone to actually still call, have an address book, work with my bluetooth heaRABet, etc after the flash.
The only firmware packages i know of are:
- Alltel
- That new Cricket one posted the other day
I'd appreciate any help I could get. I'm itching to use my unlimited mins to quench my thirst for internet when I'm away from home.
