Dyeing my prom dress. Help?

I want ti dye my prom dress jet black. Since I have to do it myself and not by a professional, I would like some good advice. I do not care one bit if the lining of my dress dyes at all (it's 100% acetate and I know that won't dye). The outer shell of my dress is about half silk and versoce (rayon). It is a mixture of an olivey green and tiny splashes of pink.

My questions are:
What dye is the best to use in my dresses case?
How do I go about dyeing it?
Since it is dry clean only and my home dye will most likely wrinkle it is it safe to get it dry cleaned after I dye it?

FYI we don't have a professional dyeing business even remotely close to us and not enough time to send my dress to one.

Thanks in advance for your help! (Any rude comments at all will be reported immediately. I had a guy who said "not trying to be *rude*" and then made a really snide remark. So unless what you have to say is productive and nice, then withhold from commenting this question.

I will be happy to return any questions! (:
