Dwarf neon rainbow fish or rummy nose tetras?

i have a 65 gallon tank with neon tetras bolivian rams cories ottos and amano shrimp.

i want to add either a school of dwarf neon rainbow fish or rummynose tetras.

what i would like to know is which schools better where in water column do they like to swim and any other experiences you have with either.
 
Tough call as both fish look really neat.
I would probably go with the dwarf neon rainbows.
