DVD Burning question?

I downloaded an .iso file and unzipped it. Inside are two folders, VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS which I have seen when working with DVDs. Can I burn these folders and their contents to a DVD like any other data and the result be a DVD I can watch on my DVD player? If not how do I get this result?

The AUDIO_TV folder appears to be empty while the VIDEO_TS folder contains .ifo files.
 
You would not be able to do it like any other data. Do you have Nero? You would have to add the video folder and that is all. Don't worry about the audio foler.
