Duplicity - is it a turkey ?

I recorded Duplicity , one of Skys premiers this week but the reviews ( mainly Amazon DVD reviews ) are really putting me off. Is it that bad ? ( if so I don't plan to waste two hours of my life on it ). :D
 
I'm not a fan of either lead actor but it wasn't too bad a film. Some good twists in it. I watched it because there were two films either side of it that I wanted to watch so it fitted in with my schedule. So if you have two hours to waste anyway then it's a way to fill them.
 
It was really looking foward to this, as it felt like it would be a film of old, with a strong actor and actresses playing off against each other.

Unfortunately, I found it too smug for it's own good. Also, most of the time, I didn't have a clue what was going on.
 
I had a hard week at work and fell asleep during this film at the cinema so my opinion is worthless....

what I remember was that it wasn't much cop from what I saw......
 
I could not understand what was going on for practically the first half of the flm. Im not one to walk out of a cinema, so i did not. However, it became much better during the 2nd half and the plot came much better into play for me. Your mileage may vary, but in the end I decided I liked it enough.

Any "must see" recommendations from the current batch of Sky movies ( I'm on sick leave so lots of spare time )
