I have a T5. I'm using the PIM installed on the T5 for my contacts, calendar etc. I use a Dell laptop with Windows XP and Outlook. I synch my T5 to Outlook.
Off late I notice that items such as appointments, birthdays etc are being duplicated both on the T5 and in Outlook. For example, I now have 5 or more of the same appointments/birthdays in my calendar, both on the T5 and in Outlook. This has only started to happen recently.
