Dump Memory in 4100?

I have tried dumping the memory in the bell 4100 reciever, but the password remains the same, how can I reset my password? I can't remember it and I hate calling bell. This is how I would try to dump the memory

1. Menu-System Setup-Diagnostics
2.Info-Browse-Themes
3.Tv/Video
4.Front Power Button Press
5.Wait until it turns back on.

And this dosn't work, I try the password "1234." Any suggestions?
 
You cant get rid of the password on a reciever with a memory dump anymore. You can see the password somewhere in the page, but sometimes it's messed up.

Call bell, it will take a tech 30 secs to do it for you, it will be reset less than 5 mins later.
 
Sorry for the blast-from-the-past bump, but does anyone know at what address the password is stored?
 
Even if we did I am am not sure anyone would tell you on this Forum. I would suggest the same course of action as post #2, Call Bell.
