Dummy phone for spare parts?

Is this possible? Obviously they won't have any electronics in them, but I'm wondering if they might have functional bodies, keyboards, joysticks, etc.

(I'm looking for a replacement joystick on my E70)

Everything would be glued together, so I doubt it.

I tried it way back with my nokia 6620.
Those phones as said above are glued together, and what seems to be melted together too. I managed to use the keyboard out of it, although it wasn't a true fit, but that only lasted a few weeks.
IMO, don't waste your time or money trying it, since the only thing useable after breaking it to get it apart was a crappy keyboard.
