I don't have any gyms nearby so I can't do bench pressing with the pole they use with the weights at the end, but I do have weights. Can I lay on the floor and life weights? Would that be the same as a bench press? The weights are like adjustable, when I bought them they came with 2 short poles and 4 "2.5 lb." weights, and 4 "7.5 lb." weights, and I can add more weight or take it off and then add a "cap" on the end of the pole so the weight doesn't come off. So if i lie down and do a bench press with the weights going horizontal, it messes my form, so is there a certain way I should be holding them or something like that?
