I have an on again off again dull ache in the palm of my left hand. It seems to be either under the fatty part under my thumb, or below the 4th and pinky fingers (if you fold them down they would rest on the aching part. For relief, either heat or pressing hard on the affected area seem to provide short term relief.
I don't have a Doctor's appointment for another month, does this sound familiar to anyone? Any ideas for longer term relief?
