Duke TIP summer camp: East vs. West?

I went to Duke TIP at the West campus for the past two years. The first year I went, I loved it. Last year, not so much, the rules were oppressive and unnecessary. I'm debating whether to go back to West for my fourth year or switch to East. Any thoughts?
