DUI driver hit me! State Farm won't cover rental car! HELP?

So a state farmer insured driver hit me. And turns out my car still had temporary license plates and I haven't received my Title. So I can't pick up check without title. But they only paying me for a rental for another day I've had the car for about 4-5 days. I feel like this is unfair. What should I do
