duel citizenship, while being active duty in the army?

You cannot be a citizen of the US and hold dual citizenship, and you sure as hell cannot be in the US Armed Forces with it.

applying for citizenship, and my S-2 told me that while being in active duty that you can't have duel citizenship. IS THERE SOMEONE THAT KNOWS?? I mean is that true or is there a way around it. they said that you can't, because where your trust lays at the end if something happens. Also not much people that i work around knows, and I know S-2 are aware of those kind of thing in away. Is there another answer to the question of having duel citizenship while you are in the service though..
