Due date March 4th, how can I stimulate contractions (safely)?

I am about 37 weeks pregnant and am trying to find ways on how to stimulate contractions within the next couple of weeks or so if I don't felel any signs of labor. I'm just trying to jumpstart labor and not anything too intense. This is baby #2 and my 1st daughter was 2 weeks overdue, had to be induced and I was in labor for 3 days and come to find out she was a 9lb baby so I am trying to avoid hat whole scenario this time around. Any suggestions folks?
