Ducati Miami !!!! hands down are the best. I got mine there, these guys know what there doing. I've witinessed other shops calling them for advice. Even the one that I get my work done now, now that i'm in SD.
I got such poor service from AMS in Dallas it actually inspired me to write them an email and complain. I didnt even get a response from them! Asked them to look up some parts for me then after not hearing anything for two weeks (even though i called 4 times to check in) i called nashville which looked the part up in two minutes while i was on the phone.
