Ducatis Top Dealers

There are LOTS of dealers out there...some great, others shitty.

Here are some experiences from other members:

The BIG name dealerships are:

Pro Italia – California
Ducati Omaha – Nebraska (seems they have really high ratings from Ducati NA)
Cliff’s Cycles Revolution – Connecticut
Ducati Indianapolis – Indiana
Commonwealth Motorcycles – Kentucky
Advance Motor Sports – Texas
DucPond – Virginia
Corse Superbikes – Wisconsin
MCC – Illinois
Salt Lake Motorsports – Utah
(I know this isn't all of them, but I just hit the big one's I know of)

HOWEVER, being a big dealership is not always good. Yes, they get lots of business, but increased business often times means they increase their labor rates, prices, and are less likely to work with you. Because they know if you are looking for a deal, then the next Joe Shmoo will more then likely come in and pay full price for whatever your trying to get discounted.

That is not the case for ALL dealers...some have such great business they can afford to drop their cost in some areas, and "give freebies" but often times that drives labor rates up.

On the other hand, being a large dealership, also has advantages. Top mechanics, great customer service, etc...

It's all part of the game...

I am not sure what the list would look like if you had to rate all the dealerships out there in order...sorry.

Hopefully someone can find out though.

I was @ Al's shop yesterday. If u want all kinds of flash and flair, this isnt the place for you. If u want straight talk w/ no bullshit, he's your man.

Salt Lake Motorsports has always treated me right. I don't have a single story where they did me wrong. (well, at least not since they got their new GM in 2005)

Just a FYI, Corse Superbikes in Wisc has been closed for almost a year. There is a new store in the Milw area, Ducati Milwaukee. Most of the same staff from Corse and are good peeps.
