just been out on my bike ... coming home .... engine dies (like out of fuel) and then cuts out completely dead.... Pull over ..restarts but running really rough (sounds like a lawnmower!!!!)... idle speed is suddenly very high and no real power.... Still managed to get home (30 mls or so).... Anybody know .... ? Does the ECU have a diagnostic mode...? i'm thinking when it sensed a problem it may have gone into some sort or recovery mode..? Looking through my manuals ...doesn't mention it ..?
