Regrettably, almost all the "reasons" you cite are paled by terribly abusive childhood in the causation of misogyny. Thus, a monster is grown by an early branding of brain that compels him to seek revenge against what he perceives as "wrong" done to him. Typically, this takes the form of abuse and humiliation of women, other factors are just catalytic, as it were but not required. Abused always become abusers and a pernicious cycle takes place. Race horses are a good example of abuse. Their brains are f$%&%$ up beyond repair. All sexual perversity is caused by abuse in childhood. No one is exempt from this "payback". Every man/woman is a mirror of his childhood. One needs to see this for what it is because what the mind does not know, the eyes will not see it.
