Dualcitizenship, jail, ang background check?

I'm a dual citizen (German and American citizen).

Last year, I stayed in Germany for six months and I came back to the States with my German passport and I was fingerprinted at LAX airport just like other foreigners who enter the States.

And like three days after I came back to America, I was caught for speeding. At the time I had my German driver's license (with international driver's license) and a German passport, I left all of my American IDs at home so the cop just thought I was just a German. And the car was rental and it wanst registered under my name.

And about two months later, I was moving to another place and I was driving a U-HAUL truck and pulled over by a cop. I was lazy to change my german license to an American one and he arrested me cause I got a warrant for the speed ticket that I didn't pay.

I was booked, FINGER PRINTED and put in yellow jumpsuit. And because I didnt have cash and my parents were in Germany, I stayed there overnight and next day I was shackled and brought to the judge.

I was released and paid my ticket. But now I'm worried that it would appear on my background check when I get hired.

MY German name and American name are DIFFERENT. But I was finger printed and I wonder if it can appear on my background check when I apply with my AMERICAN name.

I kinda wanna be a reserve police officer but can they onto me if I apply with my American identifications? Do they finger print you when you go through background check?

Did you use it on an application form for employment or give it to any agency at all as your residence? If you ever used it at all to indicate that it was your residence with your employer or doctor or a store or whatever, even if you never had anything sent there,
