Hi All??
I have a unique situation and I?m wondering if there is a program that may help me out or if not, or perhaps someone knows a work around ..????.
I own a Palm TX and sync to my desktop every day at work. I have thousands of contact entries at this point (have used a handheld since 1998).
I work in a physicians office and my front desk staff needed a good place to store other physician addresses, phone numbers, etc. I installed the Palm Desktop to the computer in the front office so that they could add these here and reference them later. There is no cradle, no syncing, etc.. it is just strictly for storing the contact info. of these physicians.
Here?s what I want to do ??
I want to be able to add all of these physician addresses to my Palm TX but DEFINITELY not add any of my data to this front office computer / Palm Desktop. I was hoping to without syncing, be able to copy the address data file from the front office computer, to a disk and then combine it with my Palm TX somehow. Don?t think this is going to happen at this point though.
Any idea?s on how to accomplish exactly what I want to?
Thanks,
Syno
