Dual Monitor Weird Boot Problem?

I'm running two monitors and during boot weird things happen.

When i first boot only my secondary displays but when the loading screen for my operating system comes up the secondary stops displaying and the primary starts displaying. Then when i login to the os both display again.

Please Help!
Is there a way i can view both monitors the whole way through?
