If those who are synching their calendars on N and E series phones check their appointments for the last 3 weeks of the month, they will probably find that the time on the phone is 1 hour earlier than on their Outlook calendar. This is due to the changes in the DST start and end dates for most of North America that take effect this coming Sunday. This problem will continue even after your IT department installs both the Outlook and Outlook server DST patches. That is because you need to add a patch to your phone as well.
Nokia posted patches for all of the E series and N series phones on their European support pages for each phone. However, several days later they pulled the patches ("Nokia Time Zone Upgrader") for the E series phones.
I have an E61 and installed the upgrader for the N91 and after I restarted the phone and resynched, in my case using RoadSync, my appointments in my phone had the same start times as in Outlook (since some of the appointments were first made in the phone, I needed to correct the appointments that were first placed in the phone by moving them back 1 hour).
I would suggest that you install this patch on your E or N series phones or you are likely to be an hour early or an hour late for some appointments next week.
