So our clocks were suppose to go one hour behind. but my phone never changed. I was wondering if anybody else has this same problem. I have tried changing it manually but it won't let me.

My lx n ppc6700 changed by itself.
But my daRAB hasnt and he has a sam M500 been messing with it for a little bit but it wont let me change it
