Hello, my name is Crystal and I joined my high schools cross country team for cross training for my competitive swimming season. I was feeling really confident with the way it was getting my body back into shape...until I got a stress fracture in my shin. I had to quit any impact actvities due to the extreme pain and risk of completing the fracture. So I've been out for about a month working out in our schools Fitness Center on the eliptical and stationary bike. And also doing core, I've worked my way up to doing a 20min plank. My first swim practice is November 15, which is in 22 days. So even though I've been doing exercises in the Fitness Center, I need some that are specific for swimming. So any specific eliptical or stationnary bike workouts, or core workouts would be great.
