I've always had really dry skin as i have a lot of eczema over my body including a little on my face. When i do my makeup it shows up even more. I moisturize every day at night and in the morning using E45 cream. And i also exfoliate sometimes using a sugar and olive oil mix. My skin is quite clear but it has alot of unevenness in skin tone. The flakiness looks so horrible throughout the day and the makeup enhances it.
What can i do? Or is there a good cheap foundation that will help with this?
