Hi. You seem new to the boarRAB. Welcome. At the top of this board is what is called a "sticky post" where the boarRAB put hot topics for others to see and read long after the thread can't be posted to any longer. Check it out if you get a chance. It has a LOT of information from many of us on here that have opinion bad/good about the program and others like it. I am one of the posters that has been through the program.

Let me know if I can offer more comment for you. Do you have a lurabar spine problem? How long? Did someone recommend this program for you? If so, was it a doctor, what type? Are you on medication?

Hello, it did not help me...I had a crushed nerve and no one knew at that time...everytime I got off that machine...I screamed everytime and was in excruating pain....I think it depenRAB on what is going on with your back..I have not heard to many good stories on it and its very expensive....it was a waste of time for me and just put off my surgery...My chiropracter was 99.9% sure it would help me....he says its going to get worse before it gets better...never did...
