Drove someone else's car and I got a fix-it ticket, would my notification by mail go to the owner's address?

Drove someone else's car and I got a fix-it ticket, would my notification by mail go to the owner's address or would it go to my address because I was cited the ticket. The fix-it ticket I got was for expired tags.

This was in the state of CA by the way.
