Droid X vs. Samsung Fascinate

I have been reading these forums for a long time. This is my first post. I am due for my NE2 with Verizon on Aug. 8 and I i have finally come to grips with the fact that they are not getting the iPhone any time soon so i have decided that i am gonna dump my BB storm (finally!!) and i want an Android device. This will be my first experience with Android and i have been trying to read as much as i can about them but i am still torn between the droid X and the Samsung Facinate. any help would be much appreciated

The Samsung Fascinate takes a bit more of waiting since its not introduced yet. Just get the Droid X.

The wait isn't a problem since I can't upgrade till early August

Current rumors are the Fascinate won't be out until the Fall (most likely to not step on the toes of Droid X sales). Either way it hasn't been announced yet and probably won't be in the immediate future. The Droid 2 is supposed to be out by the end of August if you would rather have a physical keyboard as well.
