Droid X, HTC Incredible, Droid 2, or blackbery bold?

android or bb? things i want in a phone are a loud speaker, good call quality, a phone that gets good signal and 3g and as many places as possible, a hardware keyboard isnt a necesity but i would like to have one, but if the better phone happens to not have one its not a big deal (i like swype) also how does blackberry match up to android?? also the phone needs to be durable
